JOB SUMMARY
Performs tasks required for the preparation and presentation of Beard Papa’s products to its customers, and for the maintenance of the Beard Papa’s store premises and equipment, in accordance with Beard Papa’s operating standards, and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Cream Puff Preparation & Baking
Prepare cream puff fillings according to company recipes and standards.
Bake cream puffs and ensure consistent product quality, taste, and presentation.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and handling procedures.
Monitor ingredients and minimize food wastage.
Sales, Cashiering & Customer Service
Attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take orders, process payments, and perform cashiering duties accurately.
Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
Handle customer enquiries and feedback appropriately.
Cleaning& Housekeeping
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store, kitchen, equipment, and work areas.
Carryout daily cleaning and housekeeping duties.
Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Store Operations & Management
Support the daily opening and closing of the store.
Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
Monitor product availability and replenish items when required.
Follow company operational procedures and service standards.
Basic Reporting & Inventory
Perform basic daily sales and operational reporting.
Conduct stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
Assist with stock receiving, storage, and inventory control.
General Duties
Comply with company policies, food safety requirements, and workplace safety procedures.
Work closely with team members to achieve store sales and operational targets.
Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements
Minimum secondary education; relevant F&B experience is an advantage but not always required.
Able to communicate clearly and provide friendly customer service.
Physically fit to stand for extended periods and perform routine tasks such as carrying supplies and cleaning.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Positive attitude, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.

Over time, we have expanded our menu to include more delectable desserts and baked goods, and now operate sweet shops and food restaurants worldwide, with over 400 stores worldwide as of January 2023

Inspired by the creativity and emotions it evokes, we strive to create an authentic, classical french confectionary experience through the rich flavours of our cakes and pastries.
With seven shops currently in operation and ever expanding, Rive Gauche Patisserie offers customers a variety of rich cake and pastry flavors.
"Chewy Beret" is a recently launched cream puff brand that will be opening its first outlet in Singapore in mid-April 2023. This new brand offers delectable cream puffs that boast a unique chewy texture and a wide variety of flavors. The cream puffs themselves are shaped like cute beret hats. "Chewy Beret" is a subsidiary of Muginoho Global Pte Ltd, which is also the parent company of "Beard Papa's," a well-known Japanese cream puff brand.
