Responsibilities
POSITION SUMMARY:
The designee will work as part of a team to provide a safe, effective, efficient care environment for patients, relatives and carers. They will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of programme of care with direct supervision from senior staff. Responsible for the assessment of care needs, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care in multidiscipline ward / as assigned to. (Medical/Surgical/Paediatric/Gynae Ward)
This position reports directly to the NURSE MANAGER
