The Marketing Ambassador role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuala Lumpur. The individual in this role will represent Group Lumi and its partner organizations, engage with potential customers, and promote products and services through face-to-face and event-based marketing activities. Daily responsibilities include introducing offerings to new audiences, answering customer inquiries, providing product information, and supporting sales conversions. The Marketing Ambassador will also assist in organizing promotional campaigns, participate in training sessions, and provide feedback on market trends and customer responses. Collaboration with teammates and supervisors to meet performance targets and uphold brand standards is a key part of the role.

• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to drive customer acquisition and support revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn quickly and share knowledge with team members.
• Candidates should demonstrate adaptability, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Experience in field marketing, retail promotion, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Ability to work full time in Kuala Lumpur, including occasional evenings or weekends for events, as required.
• Basic proficiency in English and local languages, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
