• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction
• Good knowledge of quantity taking-off, costing, tendering and contract administration
• Familiar with construction materials, measurements and project documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of QS software is an added advantage
• Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Malaysian candidates only

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
