Job Descriptions

Lead, coach, and manage a team of talent acquisition to meet hiring objectives and performance targets.

Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.

Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire and continuously improve processes.

Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employer branding, onboarding, and retention initiatives.

Recruitment Process Management

Collaborate with HRBP for upcoming employee movements, understanding hiring team situation.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, qualifications, and desired skills for open roles.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

Review and screen resumes/applications to shortlist potential candidates.

Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, soft skills, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and participate in panel interviews and other assessment methods as needed.

Evaluate candidates using behavioral interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks.

Guide and support hiring managers throughout the selection process, offering recommendations and facilitating hiring decisions.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date recruitment data, reports and recruitment bonus.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and drive data-based decisions.

• Proven ability to lead recruitment teams and deliver on high-volume or complex hiring needs.

• Experience in employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing, and event coordination is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both oral and written.
• Willing to work full on-site at office in Kuala Lumpur.
