We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Lead to join our HR team and support the full spectrum of HR operations across assigned business sites. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys partnering closely with site leaders, driving operational excellence, and delivering a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation management, contract renewals, and offboarding.
• Support recruitment operations through interview coordination, employment administration, and work pass processing.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned sites, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and people-related matters.
• Support employee relations activities, including performance management, disciplinary matters, retirement, cessation, and union engagement.
• Coordinate workforce mobilization and demobilization activities, including employee deployment, onboarding, transfers, and exits.
• Maintain HR data accuracy across HR systems, generate HR reports and dashboards, and support audits, process improvements, and HR automation initiatives.
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners, site managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to support business and workforce needs.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of HR Operations experience covering the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage employees, managers, unions, and external partners.
• A proactive and independent HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment.
