Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to support and drive the company’s marketing activities, brand development and business growth. The successful candidate will work closely with management and other departments to develop and execute effective marketing strategies, campaigns and business initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns in line with company objectives.
• Plan and coordinate online and offline marketing activities.
• Manage marketing content, promotional materials and company communications.
• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations, marketing reports and proposals.
• Conduct market research and analyse market trends, competitors and customer behaviour.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and recommend strategies to improve brand visibility and business performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external partners, vendors and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Assist in planning events, promotional activities and corporate initiatives.
• Prepare regular marketing updates and reports for management.
• Support Business Development activities where required.
• Ensure all marketing activities are completed according to timelines and company requirements.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by management.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience for Executive level.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other computer applications.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Creative, proactive and results-oriented.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and work with different teams.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and technology quickly.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
