Responsibilities
We are hiring an Application Specialist for our Clinical Diagnostics team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, training, onboarding, and delivering outstanding service to our customers. You’ll need to learn the product quickly and deliver frontline implementations, support, and training to users in the field. In addition, you will collaborate with our sales team, delivering customer demos and supporting customer product evaluations. Experience in auto-immune testing or cytology is preferable.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the growth in the business line by providing technical support and expertise within the established diagnostics platform.
Assist in pre-sales presentation, workshops and preparation (tender specs preparation).
Coordinate and conduct demonstrations, installations and commissions on the equipment at customer sites.
Conduct post-sales application training.
Respond to customer's request to troubleshoot problems and take corrective actions within the target timeline.
Develop and maintain excellent relationship with customers.
Responsible for the initial and on-going product/technology training for company’s sales team members.
To be successful in this role, you would require:
A Diploma in Medical Lab Technology and/or Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical or equivalent.
Preferably with least 1-2 years of professional working experience in a similar industry.
Possess a car and valid driving license.
Willing to travel extensively.
After office hours/weekend support may be required when needed.
