About the Roles

We are seeking a Senior QA Executive to join a dairy products manufacturer based in Tuas. This permanent role offers a structured 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm) with a competitive salary package comprising basic salary, AWS, and performance bonus. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining food safety standards, driving quality improvements, and ensuring compliance across operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct quality inspections on incoming raw materials, manufacturing processes, finished goods, and storage conditions.
• Ensure adherence to FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, Halal, and SFA requirements.
• Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and monitor corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed reports covering complaints, inspections, audits, and quality activities.
• Perform internal audits and assist with external and customer audit requirements.
• Coordinate laboratory testing activities and follow up on any abnormal findings.
• Maintain quality documentation, including SOPs, product specifications, records, and food safety documents.
• Support product recall exercises, production trials, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct food safety, hygiene, and GMP training for relevant personnel.
• Collaborate with Production and Warehouse teams to address quality concerns.
• Carry out other quality-related duties and assigned tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in QA/QC within the food manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, Halal, and SFA requirements.
• Experience in handling customer complaint investigations, audits, CAPA, and quality report preparation.
• Internal Auditor certification will be considered an advantage.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
