Position: Sales Executive (Outdoor)
Salary: Up to $4,500 gross

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage assigned customer accounts within the Singapore market.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
• Plan and conduct regular customer visits to build and strengthen relationships.
• Prospect new business opportunities through outdoor sales activities.
• Qualify sales opportunities and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
• Understand customers' operational requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Provide commercial and technical support throughout the sales process.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on customer enquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and SAP systems.
• Increase product awareness and strengthen the company's market presence.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely project execution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree are welcome to apply.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in outdoor sales or industrial/B2B sales.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Basic understanding of Incoterms and commercial sales practices is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems is preferred.
Knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) will be an advantage.
