• Responsible for running a hot station (meat, fish, grill, sauté, or similar), delivering consistent, high-quality hot dishes during service, and supervising junior cooks on that station.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present hot dishes to menu specifications and portion control.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and timing during service.
• Supervise, train and support commis chefs and kitchen staff assigned to the station.
• Manage mise en place for your station; ensure stock levels and order requisitions are accurate.
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Monitor and minimise food waste and control food costs.
• Assist with menu development, daily specials, and recipe standardisation.
• Ensure correct use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Cover for other stations as required.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
