About The Job

As a Senior Commodity Leader, you will manage regional electronics component portfolios and direct strategic sourcing initiatives to ensure operational continuity.

• Develop and execute regional supply chain strategies for electronic components aligned with global commodity objectives.
• Lead annual price negotiations with key manufacturing partners and establish strategic sourcing plans.
• Monitor market dynamics and supply vulnerabilities to drive proactive risk mitigation strategies.
• Implement structural cost-reduction initiatives through supplier consolidation, alternative sourcing, and component standardization.
• Drive vendor performance management frameworks and establish operational performance metrics across the supply base.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required.

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in electronics commodity management, technical procurement, or supply chain sourcing.
• Technical understanding of electronics manufacturing, direct material procurement, and cost analysis methodologies.
• Practical experience utilizing enterprise evaluation tools, electronic sourcing systems, and data analytics software.
• Proven capability managing multi-variable negotiation processes and supplier relationship frameworks.
• Tertiary qualification in electrical, electronics, or mechatronics engineering, or a related field of study.
