Admin Job Scope

[Student Matters]

• Serve As Point Of Contact For Parents
• Parent Communication Updates (Events Updates, Fees Administration, Outstanding)
• Process Fee-Invoicing & Payment Tracking
• E-Student Record Administration
• Outstanding Fee Following Up
• ECDA CMS Form 1 2 & 3
• GSII Records Reconciliation
• Liaise With Accounts

[Accounts Admin Matters]

• Manage Daily Invoicing And Maintain Accurate AP / AR Records
• Review And Verify Accuracy Of Invoices, Receipts, And Payments
• Maintain Accurate And Up-To-Date Records For Audit Trails
• Serve As Point Of Contact For Vendors
• Collaborate With Internal Teams To Support Financial Operations
• Proficiency In QuickBooks And XERO Accounting Software

[Employee Matters]

• CPF Administration (Including Quota Headcount Tracking)
• Employee Data Management
• Leave & Claims
• Final Pay Processing And Reporting
