Business Analyst (Entry / Junior)

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level / Junior Business Analyst to join our team

In this role, you’ll work closely with different teams to understand business needs, analyze information, prepare reports, and support business improvement initiatives. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates and junior professionals to gain practical experience and develop strong business analysis skills

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Analyze business processes, data, and operational information
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation
• Work with internal teams to identify business needs and improvement opportunities
• Support senior Business Analysts with projects and analysis
• Help monitor project progress and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
• Assist in creating process flows, presentations, and basic dashboards
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and project records

What We’re Looking For

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of basic business concepts and processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with Excel and Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, data analysis, or similar tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Internship experience, academic projects, or exposure to business/data analysis is a plus
• Familiarity with business requirements, process mapping, or reporting tools is an advantage
