Qualifications

1. Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, facilities, or centre management.

3. Strong experience in managing facilities and operations.

4. Have an experience in establishment of dialysis centre and dealing with local authorities that related with hemodialysis such as CKAPS.

5. Willing to work at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

6. Required to travel

Job Scope & Responsibilities
1. Ensure all centres comply with local healthcare regulations, dialysis protocols, and safety standards. (CKAPS licensing requirement). This is included to ensure timely renewal of certifications and licenses for the dialysis center.

2. Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to maintain compliance and optimize performance.

3. Assist and support the team in overseeing the development, establishment, implementation and improvement of SOP.

4. Maintain records, prepare reports and document operational procedures for reference and compliance purpose.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
