Newly created Head of IT role in Petaling Jaya

Your new company

You will be working with one of the ICT and digital solutions integrators in Malaysia. The company provides technology consulting, implementation, managed services, and infrastructure solutions to enterprises across ASEAN. The office is based in Petaling Jaya.

Your new role

• Provide strategic leadership for the business units
• Oversee both the Sales and Service Delivery teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and operational execution.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and business expansion initiatives.
• Partner closely with executive leadership on business strategy, market positioning, and organisational growth.
• Lead and develop a large team (100+ headcounts) while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure successful delivery of technology solutions and services across clients in the region.

What you'll need to succeed

• You must have experience working in a SI, MSSP or Technology solutions company
  
• Had led a team of minimum 80 headcounts
  
• Has strong communication skills and stakeholder management
  
• Has strong business acumen to work with the Sales and Delivery team
