Responsibilities:
Liaise with drivers and warehouse personnel to coordinate daily deliveries, collections and warehouse activities.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries and stock movements.
Handle stock returns, including checking returned items and updating the relevant records.
Prepare and maintain warehouse-related documentation, ensuring records are complete and accurate.
Assist with inventory checking, stock arrangement and basic warehouse operations when required.
Support daily warehouse activities with a 70% administrative and 30% manual work scope, ensuring smooth coordination between the office and warehouse teams.
Requirements:
Entry-level candidates are welcome. Training will be provided.
Minimum N/O Level, ITE, or Diploma.
Experience in warehouse or logistics is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel and Word).
