Job Description

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for your individual sales target, including the following job responsibilities:

  • Ability to analyze and identify customers’ skin (face especially), scalp, and body issues professionally and offer the best solutions through the company’s premium services and products.
  • Engage and establish good relationships with prospects.
  • Maintain a good after-sales relationship with clients and ensure their needs are fulfilled and handled professionally.
  • Educate and promote suitable treatments and products to clients.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.
  • Basic knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Aggressive in customer care and therefore translating into good sales.
  • Good language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin-speaking clients on different treatment packages.
