Job Description

· Execute lighting and sound cues in alignment with the restaurant’s storyline, chapters, and performance flow.

· Set up, operate, and manage all audio-visual elements for daily service, live performances, and special events.

· Work closely with management, kitchen, and service team to synchronize food presentation, music, and lighting transitions.

· Conduct pre-service rehearsals, sound checks, and technical run-throughs.

· Control background music, sound effects, and lighting ambiance to match each chapter’s mood and energy.

· Monitor live service and adjust technical elements in real-time to maintain a smooth and immersive guest experience.

· Troubleshoot technical issues quickly without disrupting the performance or dining flow.

· Assist in developing creative lighting moods and soundscapes that enhance storytelling.

· Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, stored, and ready for daily operation.

· Coordinate with external technicians or performers when advanced technical support is required.

· Ensure all setups follow safety standards while maintaining the aesthetic of the dining space.

· Perform any other duties as assigned by Management that are aligned with the responsibilities of the position.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in a related field or equivalent

· Basic knowledge of audio and lighting systems

· Relevant experience in restaurant, events, or hospitality environment is an advantage

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting

· Good coordination and communication skills

· Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle basic troubleshooting

· Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
