Job Summary
Preventive Maintenance Technician responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining food production equipment to ensure smooth operations and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair food production equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production flow
Execute emergency breakdown protocols promptly to restore equipment functionality
Clean and maintain equipment hygiene after installation and repairs to meet production standards
Coordinate and collate maintenance work, collaborating with contractors when necessary
Comply with cleanliness and safety regulations during equipment setup and maintenance
Perform ad-hoc duties as required to support maintenance operations
Apply basic electrical and refrigeration knowledge to maintain equipment performance
Prepare detailed maintenance reports and records related to assigned work
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance work and engineering, preferably in food manufacturing
“O” Level / NTC3 or NITEC certification in Mechanical Engineering
Willingness to work shifts and learn new skills
Preferred competencies and qualifications
