Responsibilities
Job Summary
Support healthcare IT systems, data reporting and technology projects within a pharmacy environment. This role involves
project coordination, data analysis, system support and user training
.
Key Responsibilities
Support IT projects from planning and testing to implementation
Coordinate with users, IT teams and vendors
Maintain and manage data in pharmacy IT systems
Generate reports and support dashboard development
Perform system testing based on business workflows
Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support
Conduct user training and prepare learning materials
Support process improvement and system optimisation
Requirements
Degree or higher qualification
Strong interest in IT, automation and healthcare technology
Healthcare IT experience is an advantage
Proficient in
Advanced Excel
(e.g. Macros, Power Query)
Knowledge of
SQL and data extraction/mining
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and adapt to challenges
Comfortable supporting system deployments during off-peak hours when required
