Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil and Structural Engineer role based in Singapore. The role involves performing civil and structural engineering design, conducting structural analysis, and preparing calculations, drawings, and technical documentation for a range of industrial, marine, and infrastructure projects. The engineer will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and associated consultants, support government permitting submissions, and ensure designs meet regulatory, safety, environmental, and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include attending project meetings, monitoring design progress, supporting construction activities with technical guidance, and contributing to cost-effective and robust engineering solutions. The role also requires active participation in project planning, risk assessment, and quality assurance in line with the company’s certified management systems.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to apply engineering principles to industrial, marine, and infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Structural Engineering and Structural Analysis, including preparation and review of structural calculations, drawings, and reports.
• Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination with stakeholders, and tracking of project deliverables and timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Relevant professional registration or eligibility for registration with local engineering authorities in Singapore is an advantage.
• Experience with engineering design software and tools commonly used in civil and structural engineering projects.
• Knowledge of Singapore codes, standards, and regulatory requirements, including permitting processes for industrial and infrastructure projects.
• Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams on-site.
• Commitment to safety, environmental responsibility, and quality management aligned with ISO and bizSAFE practices.
