• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and scope of work.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Prepare cost estimates and tender pricing.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare quotation comparison and cost analysis.
• Check quantities, rates, materials and scope to ensure accurate tender pricing.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, consultants and internal project teams for tender clarification.
• Identify exclusions, discrepancies, commercial risks and potential additional costs.
• Assist in preparing tender submissions and commercial proposals.
• Maintain and update supplier/subcontractor price databases.
• Conduct market and material price comparisons where required.
• Support tender negotiation and clarification with clients and main contractors.
• Ensure tender submissions are accurate and submitted within the required deadline.
• Maintain proper records of tender documents, quotations and pricing.
• Perform other duties related to tender and commercial activities as assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
