Role Description The Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya. This role involves advising clients on property investment opportunities, conducting market research, and presenting suitable real estate options aligned with client goals. Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospective and existing clients, conducting property viewings, preparing investment proposals, and following up to support decision-making. The Property Consultant collaborates with internal teams, maintains accurate records of client interactions, and works toward achieving individual and team sales targets while delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Consulting skills to assess client needs, provide tailored investment advice, and support long-term portfolio growth.
• Excellent Communication abilities for presenting property information clearly, negotiating deals, and maintaining professional client relationships.
• Customer Service experience to ensure responsive, respectful, and solution-oriented support throughout the client journey.
• Proven Sales capabilities in identifying opportunities, managing pipelines, and closing real estate transactions effectively.
• Knowledge of Real Estate markets, local regulations, and property valuation principles.
• Ability to work on-site in Petaling Jaya and manage frequent client meetings and property visits.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Comfort with basic digital tools (CRM systems, spreadsheets, and presentation software); prior experience in real estate or financial services is an advantage.
