What To Wear (WTW) is looking for enthusiastic and well-presented Retail Sales Advisors to join our boutique teams. Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service & Sales

• Provide a warm, personalized shopping experience to every customer. - Achieve monthly personal sales targets.
• Offer styling advice and product knowledge to encourage upselling and cross-selling.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.

2. Store Operations

• Ensure accurate use of POS systems and proper handling of payments. - Support daily opening and closing duties.
• Participate in stock receiving, tagging, and inventory control.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of selling floor and stock areas.

3. Visual Merchandising

• Ensure merchandise is presented according to brand guidelines.
• Update displays and mannequins regularly to reflect new arrivals and campaigns.
• Monitor and report fast-moving and slow-moving items.

4. Leadership & Mentoring

• Guide and support junior team members in meeting store standards.
• Demonstrate excellent attendance, grooming, and customer service habits.
• Assist the store coordinator in onboarding and training new staff.

5. Reporting & Feedback

• Share customer feedback, product requests, and market trends with management.
• Identify issues and propose improvements to enhance store performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree (fashion-related background preferred)
• Good communication skills and positive attitude
• Comfortable with retail working hours
• Presentable and well-groomed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

• Retail sales: 2 years (Preferred)
