Job Summary

Looking for a Cook/CDP/Sous Chef to work weekend dinner service at an Asian tapas bistro, handling various meats and desserts while contributing to a collaborative kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pork, beef, chicken, and lamb dishes to meet quality and presentation standards
• Apply good knife skills to efficiently and safely handle ingredients during food preparation
• Learn and prepare dessert items to support menu variety and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to share new dish ideas and improve kitchen offerings
• Maintain a cooperative and supportive attitude to contribute positively to team dynamics
• Work weekend dinner shifts consistently, adhering to scheduled off days
• Follow hygiene and safety standards while wearing provided chef uniform and apron
