We are seeking a structurally sound, strategic, and agile Finance Manager to lead the corporate finance division for an established homegrown fashion retail and e-commerce brand. In this high-impact leadership role, you will move beyond standard financial reporting to take full ownership of end-to-end full-set accounting, group-level consolidation, cash flow strategy, and internal control setup. Working closely with executive leadership, you will serve as a vital bridge between retail store operations, supply chain logistics, e-commerce platforms, and overall financial performance.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or professional qualification (ACCA / CPA / MIA or equivalent).
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with proven team leadership experience.
• Industry Focus: Prior experience in Retail, FMCG, E-Commerce, or Consumer Goods handling multi-channel inventory reconciliations, consignment models, and landed costs is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, POS integrations, modern ERP systems, and e-Invoicing workflows.
• Strong background in managing multi-currency/forex exposures and regional cross-border transactions.
• High commercial agility, analytical mindset, and exceptional attention to detail.
