Are you looking for your next role to give you more than just one job description?

Media Publishares is looking for a hands-on, highly organised and energetic Project Executive to join us for an intensive three-month project engagement, working across some of our most exciting media, luxury and event projects.

You will work across Vogue Singapore, RSVP and Beyond the Boardroom (BTB), supporting projects that bring together luxury brands, business leaders, culture, media and exceptional experiences.

This is not an observational role. You will be part of the team delivering real projects, working alongside our Senior Event Manager and collaborating with our editorial, commercial, creative and management teams.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Over three months, you will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects spanning:

Luxury & Media Events

Support the planning and execution of client events, VIP experiences, dinners, launches, exhibitions, talks and brand activations.

Project Management

Help keep multiple projects moving—from timelines and production schedules to suppliers, venues, logistics and internal coordination.

Guest & VIP Management

Manage invitations, RSVP lists, guest communications, seating, registration and on-site guest experience.

Event Operations

Work alongside our Senior Event Manager on pre-production, event logistics, run sheets, vendors, event set-up and on-site execution.

Client & Team Coordination

Liaise with internal teams, external partners, suppliers and clients to ensure information, deadlines and deliverables stay on track.

Administration

Support the less glamorous—but absolutely essential—side of excellent events: schedules, databases, documentation, research, follow-ups and project organisation.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You have a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in events, hospitality, media, PR, marketing, luxury, communications, project management or a related field.

You are organised, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility. You enjoy working with people, but you are equally good at keeping track of details behind the scenes.

You should be someone who:

• Can manage multiple deadlines without losing sight of the details
• Communicates professionally with clients, guests and suppliers
• Is confident with guest lists, schedules, spreadsheets and project documentation
• Has a strong service mindset and understands the importance of hospitality
• Is resourceful and able to solve problems quickly
• Enjoys a fast-moving environment where priorities can change
• Is willing to be hands-on—from planning meetings to being on the ground at an event
• Has excellent written and spoken English
• Brings energy, curiosity and a genuine desire to learn

You might spend one day helping coordinate a Vogue luxury client experience, another supporting an intimate CEO conversation for Beyond the Boardroom, and another helping deliver a major event through RSVP.

You will see how media, luxury, content, business development and experiences come together commercially—and have the opportunity to work alongside experienced people across these disciplines.

It is particularly suited to someone who already has their first professional experience but wants to broaden their skill set, build their network and discover where they want to go next.

We are looking for someone who wants to participate, contribute and learn—not simply observe.

Engagement: 3 months

Location: Singapore

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Start: As soon as possible / by agreement

Reporting to: Senior Event Manager / Management Team
