Job Description

Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and related claims/grants, in accordance with internal policies and relevant country legislation. Administer staff compensation and benefits, and support the review of benefit programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.

· Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
Manage the full recruitment cycle to meet organizational manpower needs, including job advertising, pre-screening, interview coordination, liaising with recruitment agencies, preparing job offers, and issuing appointment letters. Handle onboarding administration, conduct induction sessions, and facilitate staff orientation programs.

· Employee Engagement & Development:
Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, including the administration of staff surveys and follow-up actions. Coordinate learning and development operations to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

· Performance Management & Confirmation:
Administer employee confirmation processes and support the execution of performance appraisal exercises to promote a performance-driven culture.

· Employee Exit Management:
Ensure timely and compliant processing of employee resignations and exits, supporting a smooth offboarding experience.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Only applicants who possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and have at least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience, will be considered for the position.

· Preferably with prior experience in a tertiary education or academic institution

· Good working knowledge of Singapore employment and staff pay-related legislation

· Experience with commission administration is preferred

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; meticulous in handling data and documentation

· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; able to engage with employees across all levels

· Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment

· A team player who works well with others, yet also capable of working independently

· Able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

· At least 2 years of work experience in Human Resources, particularly in talent acquisition and payroll processing

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,600.00 per month

Work Location: In person
