AI & Analytics Engineer
- Strong hands-on coding expertise (this is the most critical requirement)
- Ability to write clean, efficient, production-grade code with a focus on scalability and performance
- Ability to work on and build models end-to-end
- Ability to design, develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and AI models in production environments
- Experience across GenAI and agentic frameworks
- Hands-on experience working with Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.) and their practical applications
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar) and building autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents
- Exposure to working with multiple AI language models
- Experience working with multiple large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models like LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)
- Strong hands-on coding expertise (this is the most critical requirement)
