Requirements:

• Diploma with specialization in a relevant technical field.
• Civil Engineering N.E.C. (Including Construction Engineering, Construction Technology and Materials)
• At least 1-2 years of working experience as an RTO/RE.

Responsibilities:

• The Resident Technical Officer represents clients on construction site.
• Must be able to read and interpret drawings and details of projects.
• Ensure that construction projects follow contracts and regulations.
• Inspect materials and workmanship.
• Perform tests to check the quality of materials.
• Prepare progress reports for their clients.
