• General store administration work
• Filing and maintaining of all records and document (incoming and/or outgoing)
• Keep trace and record of the inventory and stock card
• Responding incoming email regarding enquiry of material and equipment from operation
• Handling of Delivery Order, Equipment Transfer Note and Purchase Order (internal and/or external)
• Prepare sub-contractor workers time sheet
• Prepare overall daily report and safety vigilance record
• Other ad-hoc duties as instructed by Management

** prefer candidate stay near to Shah Alam/Bukit Kemuning area.
