ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Marketing Executive will support the growth of Xventure through the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across online and offline channels.

Reporting to the Senior Regional Marketing Manager, you will manage day-to-day marketing activities from planning through execution and reporting, while working closely with internal teams, external partners and vendors. This is a hands-on role that requires initiative, ownership and the ability to work independently with strategic guidance from the Senior Regional Marketing Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns and promotions across online and offline channels.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, marketing materials and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Plan and develop social media content, marketing copy, simple marketing materials and short-form video content.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, vendors and external partners for content and production requirements.
• Manage customer communications, including email campaigns, promotional messages and basic CRM activities.
• Maintain and update website content, promotions, events and campaign information.
• Coordinate digital advertising activities across platforms such as Meta, Google and TikTok, including campaign monitoring and reporting.
• Coordinate marketing collaborations with mall partners, schools, sports communities, influencers and corporate partners.
• Support events, launches and on-ground marketing activations
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate and deliver marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with observations and recommendations for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience, with experience planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Good understanding of social media, content and digital marketing.
• Able to manage marketing activities from planning through execution and reporting.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple marketing activities, priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to take ownership of work while operating independently and seeking guidance when required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Good to Have

• Experience in the entertainment, attractions, sports, lifestyle, hospitality, retail or leisure industries.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM, email marketing or website content management platforms.
• Experience working with influencers, partners or supporting events and on-ground marketing activations.

The position may be offered at Assistant Marketing Manager level for candidates with stronger relevant experience.
