Mumtaz Meat & Marine Foods Hiring! Full Time ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,800 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain proper accounting records.
• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Perform bank reconciliation and monthly account closing.
• Prepare payment vouchers and other accounting documents.
• Handle e-Invoicing, including preparation, submission and monitoring of e-Invoices through the relevant system/portal.
• Handle monthly payroll and maintain payroll records.
• Process and monitor statutory payments including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
• Assist with tax-related matters and liaise with tax agents.
• Assist auditors by preparing audit schedules and supporting documents.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, auditors, tax agents, company secretary and other external parties.
• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable and company cash flow.
• Ensure accounting records and supporting documents are properly maintained.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in full set accounts, payroll and e-Invoicing.
• Familiar with SQL Accounting Software is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian accounting and statutory requirements.
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
