Role Focus

As an Events Assistant, you’ll support the event process from planning and logistics to on-site coordination and post-event activities. You’ll also gain experience in guest engagement and event content.

What You’ll Do

• Event Planning: Support event preparation, timelines, and task coordination.
• Logistics: Coordinate with venues, vendors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
• On-Site Support: Assist with registration, guest engagement, and event operations.
• Content & Promotion: Support event content, promotional materials, and social media.
• Post-Event Support: Gather feedback, organize data, and assist with follow-up.
