• Implement and monitor the daily preventive maintenance (PM) schedule to ensure equipment reliability and availability.
• Follow up on abnormalities identified during PM inspections and ensure timely corrective actions are completed.
• Conduct machine fault analysis, troubleshooting, and corrective actions to minimize downtime and recurring failures.
• Support achievement of maintenance KPIs through effective preventive maintenance and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure proper control, maintenance, and updating of documentation, including ISO/IATF documents, drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance check sheets, in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure adequate availability of spare parts through effective inventory management, stock-taking activities, and accurate stock-in/stock-out records.
• Upgrade and improve maintenance tools and equipment to enhance efficiency and reduce troubleshooting and repair time.
• Manage discharge control activities for the Industrial Effluent Treatment System (IETS) to ensure compliance with applicable environmental requirements.
• Overseeing the development of IETS operations.
• Prepare and online submission report to DOE.
• Carry out monitoring performance for the industrial treatment system by analysing the effluent periodically.
• Develop Environmental Mainstreaming Tool (EMT).
• Liaise with government bodies - JKKP, DOE, Pharmaceutical Department & BOMBA when required.
• Provide relevant training and awareness programs to employees on IETS operation, environmental requirements, and related procedures.
• Register and renewal of machines record, chemical categorisation (Poison).
• Any other duties, responsibilities, and tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time, in line with departmental and company requirements.
