Job Summary

We seek a driven Business Development Executive to expand our IT services business by identifying new customers, building relationships with enterprise clients and System Integrators, and managing a robust pipeline of IT services opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in managed IT Services
• Develop sales opportunities for IT manpower outsourcing, desktop and onsite technical support, EUC services, technology refresh, device deployment, and IT infrastructure projects
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on sales progress
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and partners to support sustained business growth

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience preferred
• Experience in IT services, IT outsourcing, manpower outsourcing, system integration, or technology sales is advantageous
• Existing contacts with enterprise customers or System Integrators are advantageous
• Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and initiating contact with new customers
• Self-driven, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset
• Fresh candidates with strong sales aptitude and willingness to learn may also be considered

This is a business development role for someone who enjoys opening new accounts, meeting customers, and converting opportunities into business.
