1. Financial Oversight and Comprehensive Accounting Management: Supervise, guide, and manage the daily operations of the accounting team.

Monthly and Annual Closings: Lead and review monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring all financial records comply with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and international standards.

Cross-border/Group Consolidation: (For APAC headquarters roles) Responsible for preparing multi-currency consolidated financial statements and reporting to the overseas parent company.

2. Advanced Local Compliance and Tax/GST Management: Rigorously review quarterly GST filings to ensure compliance with Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) regulations and avoid heavy penalties for late or incorrect reporting.

Corporate Tax Planning: Assist with or manage the calculation and filing of annual corporate income tax and Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI); oversee payroll and CPF (Central Provident Fund) audits.

3. Internal Controls and External Audit Liaison: Act as the company representative to lead communication with external auditors, prepare audit working papers, and resolve any issues or deficiencies identified during the audit.

Internal Control Optimization: Establish or refine financial reimbursement policies and cash flow risk management processes to prevent the loss of corporate assets due to management oversights.

4. Commercial Financial Analysis and Strategic Support: Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist the CFO or senior management in preparing the annual financial budget and rolling cash flow forecasts.

Financial Decision Support: Provide management with key financial feasibility reports based on the analysis of sales data, gross margins, and operating costs to facilitate informed business decisions.

Pay: $7,500.00 - $11,000.00 per month
