• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and coordinate pre-employment documentation.
• Conduct reference checks and background verification for shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain and update the candidate and recruitment database/tracking system.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline through job portals, agencies, and other sourcing channels.
• Coordinate onboarding arrangements for new hires, including induction scheduling and documentation.
• Prepare recruitment status reports and update hiring metrics for management review.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with Company policies and applicable employment laws.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
