Job Summary
You will perform preventive maintenance, lead network-related project implementations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless ICT operations.
Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance on ICT systems and update documentation regularly to ensure accuracy and compliance
Implement network-related projects including technology refresh and WiFi setup to enhance infrastructure performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand support requirements and deliver timely technical solutions
Conduct ad-hoc root-cause analysis to identify and resolve network and system issues efficiently
Required competencies and certifications
Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Knowledge of Cisco and Alcatel network technologies
CCNA certification or higher
Class 3 driving license
