Job Description:

• Lead and manage end-to-end Core Banking IT projects, from initiation to implementation and closure.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, resources, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Work closely with business users, technology teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate core banking application enhancements, integration, migration, and modernization initiatives.
• Ensure project delivery follows banking standards, governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct project status meetings, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management.
• Manage UAT, deployment, cutover, and post-implementation activities.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience, preferably in banking/core banking.
• Strong experience in managing large-scale banking application projects.
• Good understanding of Core Banking, APIs, system integration, databases, and SDLC.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, risk, and communication management skills.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification is an advantage.
