Call Centre Agent – Taiwan Region
Project: Consumer Products – Smoke-Free Products
Employment Type: Permanent
Headcount: 10
Location: Sunway Visio Tower, Sunway Velocity, Kuala Lumpur
Joining Date: 15 Oct 2026
Working Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: Off
Requirements
- Malaysian candidates
- Strong Traditional Mandarin and good English communication
- Customer Service / Call Centre experience preferred
- Taiwan-market voice CS experience highly preferred
- Experience supporting Taiwanese customers is an advantage
- Familiarity with Taiwanese culture and customer expectations is preferred
- Able to join by 15 Oct 2026
