Case Manager PR
Roles & Responsibilities
You’ll be a key member of an established group, managing the end-to-end process of immigration applications, from Singapore Citizenship and Permanent Residency (PR) to Long-Term Visit Passes (LTVP), and appeals
This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, works independently within a team, and thrives on precision. For the right candidate, remote or hybrid arrangements may be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Case Management
Handle the full lifecycle of immigration applications — from intake, document preparation, and submission to ICA to case tracking and follow-up.
Maintain accurate and organized digital records, tracking deadlines, renewals, and key milestones via our CRM system.
Communicate with clients to gather required information and clarify documentation requirements.
Quality & Compliance
Conduct thorough checks to ensure every submission meets ICA and MOM standards.
Stay up to date with policy changes and integrate them into internal workflows and checklists.
Client Communication
Serve as the main liaison for assigned clients, providing regular updates in clear, client-friendly language .
Offer professional guidance and reassurance throughout the application process.
Process Improvement
Spot workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Develop templates, SOPs, and checklists to streamline operations.
Assist in adopting digital tools or automation to enhance productivity.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience managing Singapore immigration cases (Citizenship, PR, LTVP or appeals) in a consultancy, legal
Technical Skills: Familiar with ICA e-Services, EP Online, MS Office/Google Workspace; CRM or workflow software experience is a plus.
Core Strengths: Exceptional attention to detail, documentation accuracy, time management, and client communication.
Mindset: Self-motivated, responsible, and committed to continuous learning.
Bonus Points
Experience drafting appeal or cover letters for complex cases.
Familiarity with immigration technology or AI-based document tools.
