Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
  • Schedule staff shifts and assign tasks.
  • Train and supervise the performance of service and kitchen staff.
  • Ensure food hygiene and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide excellent service.
  • Check ingredients and inventory, and assist with ordering.
  • Ensure staff compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Report daily operational status to the store manager.
