Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and quality-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Quality, Production, Engineering, and Sales to resolve customer issues.
• Investigate customer complaints and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and follow up on 8D reports, CAPA, root cause analysis, and other quality-related reports.
• Monitor customer quality requirements and ensure issues are properly addressed and closed within the required timeline.
• Communicate with customers regarding product quality issues, corrective actions, and improvement plans.
• Support customer audits, meetings, and factory visits when required.
• Maintain proper records of customer complaints, quality issues, and follow-up actions.
• Work closely with internal teams to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Electronics, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Quality-related working experience is required, preferably in the electronics, PCB, FPC, PCBA, or manufacturing industry.
• Experience in customer complaint handling, 8D, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, and quality problem-solving tools is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively across different departments.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred due to communication requirements with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
