British Club, The Hiring! Full Time Member Relations Officer in Central Region (Singapore), Earn up to SGD 2,500 - Ricebowl

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming experience for our members and guests. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in building strong member relationships, recognising members, and encouraging participation in the Club's programmes and events.

Responsibilities:

·      Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the Reception counter in accordance with the Club's SOPs and service standards.

·      Attend to members' enquiries and provide accurate information in a professional and timely manner.

·      Handle members' feedback and coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure prompt follow-up and resolution.

·      Assist members with dining reservations, event bookings and general Club enquiries.

·      Perform administrative duties, including maintaining and updating members' records, and processing absent membership and reinstatement applications.

·      Coordinate monthly Members' Connect Night.

·      Build rapport with members and promote the Club's programmes, activities and events to encourage participation.

·      Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

·      Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.

·      Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in a front office, reception, customer service or hospitality environment.

·      Customer-oriented with a pleasant personality and a meticulous approach to work.

·      Experience interacting with expatriates or members in a club or hospitality environment will be an advantage.

·      Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Excellent command of spoken and written English.

·       Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
