Kensington Green Specialist Centre Hiring! Full Time IT Officer - Executive in Johor - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• To execute business application initiatives in an efficient manner leveraging the subject matter expertise, streamlined work processes/methodologies and IT best practices.
• Perform gap analysis, develop functional specifications and testing plan.
• To manage and take charge of HIS Change Request (CR) within the group, prepare & compile CRs for quarterly review with Change Advisory Board.
• To practice the IT standard operating procedures; apply user access control to safeguard clinical & financial information at hospital level.
• To coordinate the annual hospital IT audit, follow up & close the IT audit findings.
• Assist in software installation and deployment.
• Assist users in extracting application data for analysis.
• Manages the user access for related applications.
• to work with vendor to ensure committed SLA and system uptime is achieve.

Qualification:

• Diploma / Bachelor in Computer Science, IT or equivalent (fresh graduate are welcome)
• Advantageous to have analytics and problem-solving experience in hospital.
• Ability in communicate and work with all levels of staff across the organization.
