Responsibilities
Job Description
Provide professional consultations and recommend suitable aesthetic treatments based on clients’ needs.
Conduct sales consultations for
injectables, lasers, skin treatments and other doctor-led aesthetic procedures
.
Lead and motivate the team to achieve individual and clinic sales targets.
Monitor sales performance, enquiries, appointment conversions and customer follow-ups.
Work closely with doctors and clinic staff to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Oversee daily clinic operations and maintain high service standards.
Handle customer concerns professionally.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
At least
3 years of sales experience in an aesthetic clinic
.
Must have experience and knowledge in
injectables such as Botox, fillers, skin boosters and other aesthetic treatments
.
Strong sales, consultation and closing skills.
Prior team management experience is preferred.
Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
