Join SingHealth’s Retail Pharmacy and play an important role in keeping our corporate supply operations running smoothly and reliably. You will act as a key liaison between healthcare institutions and logistics partners to ensure accurate order processing, efficient coordination of institutional deliveries and proper data management.

What You Will Do:

In this role, you will manage corporate supply order processing, verify order details, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Your responsibilities will include serving as the primary point of contact for delivery requests across SingHealth institutions, monitoring delivery schedules, and resolving order-related issues in a timely manner.

You will prepare monthly reports and support end-to-end billing processes for institutional clients. You will also maintain structured data storage systems, perform regular data backup activities, and ensure compliance with data governance standards. You will support the design and implementation of departmental workflows using Microsoft 365 tools.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science, Business, or Healthcare-related studies preferred with at least 4 years of experience in retail or corporate supplies
• Experience working with point-of-sale (POS) systems, e-commerce platforms, and analytics tools would be preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft tools such as Excel and Power Automate
• Meticulous with a strong focus on accuracy in data management and documentation with good organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
