Job Purpose

• The Production Operator is responsible for carrying out daily production activities according to production schedules, work instructions, safety requirements, hygiene standards, and quality specifications. The role ensures products are produced efficiently, safely, and according to the required quantity and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Carry out daily production activities

2. Operate machines and equipment safely

3. Follow SOP, safety, hygiene and quality standards

4. Meet daily production targets

5. Report defects, issues or shortages to the supervisor

6. Assist in packing, labeling and cleaning when required

Job Requirements

1. Minimum SPM or equivalent

2. Manufacturing/production experience is an advantage

3. Able to follow instructions and SOP

4. Responsible, disciplined and hardworking

5. Able to work in a team

6. Physically fit and willing to work in a production environment
